This foundation course Introduction to [Mindfulness] Meditation is a great opportunity to get answers.
The course will allow you to ease into meditative practice.
The sessions are of an educational, practical and self-exploratory nature.
Every session consists of a brief talk followed by meditation exercises and Q&A time.
The course is designed for beginners and provides a solid foundation for further ongoing meditation practice.
The course is non-religious.

The presenter has a long standing interest in Buddhism, in particular “Applied Buddhism”
- the practical application of Buddhist principles and values in everyday life.
He holds a postgraduate diploma in Applied Buddhist Studies [NANTIEN Institute, Wollongong].
