The aim is to facilitate basic concepts which underpin the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.
Brief, to the point concepts will be presented prior to meditation. The emphasis is on the practice of self-exploratory and guided meditation. Q&A time is made available. The course provides an entry level to people who have little or no experience to meditation practice.
